RA Libs, Inc was contracted to construct the initial speculative Class A Warehouse Facility. The facility was completed, on time and on budget. Then, a new tenant moved in with some pretty unique requirements. We were up to the task. The requirements for this tenant called for a 20,000 SF insulated freezer floor inside the existing facility, along with structural modifications to extend the loading dock area an additional 100’. We modified the foundations and gave this tenant a space perfect for the nature of their business.
